Workshop
From the raw material to the delivery of the final product, each phase carried out in the workshop is managed and controlled with extreme attention in a highly automated environment and in line with "Industry 4.0" requirements.
The MTD Workshop is spread over 2,000 square meters covered and air-conditioned by a centralized system that guarantees the maintenance and control of the working temperature throughout the year (21 ± 1 ° C).

MTD is able to process all types of material: aluminum alloys, steel, stainless steel, special steels and super alloys with the possibility of protecting external surfaces with specific galvanic treatments. On request, analyses can be carried out on the homogeneity of raw materials, in conjunction with qualified laboratories.

Contingency Plan
MTD management plan includes a contingency plan in order to foresee and manage any type of risk that may affect the normal performance of the company's activities: from the supply of raw materials, to the management of human and technical resources. To ensure the continuity of production, an electricity generator is used that intervenes in the event of interruption of supply, powering (without interruption) the entire production plant.
MTD AND THE ENVIRONMENT
All processing waste (iron and aluminum chips) are delivered to special authorized centers used for the collection and revaluation of the same. To reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, photovoltaic panels are installed over the roof of the entire production plant capable of generating up to 100% of the electricity required by production.
